First off I would like to thank everyone who has fished with us this year. Despite the low water levels we have had a good summer catching fish.
The current situation at the lake is the Elk Creek Marina and break water barrier are being moved to deeper water. So this weekend the ramp at Elk Creek will be closed. Lake Fork ramp and Iola will remain open but it sounds like we won’t be able to go through the narrows at Turtle Rock to come west if you launch at Iola.
Fishing for perch has been good with some good averages most days. The trout bite is hit and miss while working the banks and the Iola basin. Kokanee salmon bite has picked up, on most days we can get 10-15 Kokanee in the boat.
Still some good opportunities at the lake so contact us for booking a trip.
